Spotted Bikini

Well, two samples anyway. So we’ve put the kettle on and filled the teapot here in the mildly soggy beach hut and are regarding our babies with lumps in our throats and tears of pride in our eyes! General consensus…just a few adjustments to make – Gee and I are both lunaticly (if that’s a word) perfectionist and then we’ll print ‘em and they’ll be on sale – each one with a free Teapig Tea Temple. Does life get any better? Probably not, especially as it’s raining too hard to leave the hut so we’ll have to sit here all day, drinking tea and eating Paul’s Patisserie pistachio macaroons. This new postcard is fast becoming a favourite.  Marnie particularly loves the scruffy dog, complete with red bandana which was inspired by Fred, a local English Bull Terrier/Lurcher cross from Battersea. . . .well it is for Spotted Bikini. We’re beavering away on our scrumptious seasonal greetings. It was odd listening to Bing Crosby and the gang in August, particularly as we work in Gee’s conservatory which gets rather warm, but that’s dedication for you and who could be more inspiring than Bing? Of course it helps that the beach is just a few minutes away so we can catch a cheeky breeze. And a glass of something cool at The Old Neptune . . .
